Important - Conditions of draw

1 The prizes are only available to SCSSC members only who submit this form by midnight on Sunday 14 February 2010 (winners will be notified shortly afterwards).

2 For family memberships, only one entry per household.

3 Winners may bring a guest to the match (member or non member)

4 Travel to match not included.

5 Additional tickets are available at £125.00 each, first come first served.
