SCSSC End of season survey 2009

As usual we will publish and discuss the results of this survey in our magazine this summer. To provide comparisons with previous surveys, the first six questions are the same we have asked in the last three years – but we expect the answers to be very different to those from 2006!

Closing date (to be included in the magazine) is 17th June 2009

This survey is intended for SCSSC members, but if you are a non member who happens to have stumbled across this, you are welcome to submit your views and, depending on how many responses we get, we may incorporate them (please tick the box to say that you are a not a member).

If you are NOT a SCSSC member, then please tick this box........

Lets go back to the Championship (!?!)

11. Do you think that we should increase the capacity of the Brit, .e.g. filling in the corners?

Not yet – lets get established first
Yes – lets start, but one at a time
We need a much bigger ground – go for it

12. Do you agree with the way that away tickets have been allocated, based on the priority for ‘regulars’?

  Yes – very fair
Generally fair, but system could be improved
No – should be first come first served
  No opinion either way

THIS NEXT PART IS OPTIONAL – but we would be very grateful for your contributions.

If NOT intertested in teh following, click here to submit the main survey above, otherwise read on (you get another chagne to submit down below)

This year, we would like to include articles in our annual magazine giving YOUR views on our first visit to the Premier League. Yes, we know that we have been in the top flight for much of our history, but you have to admit that things have changed a bit since we were last there!

There are different ways in which you can help us. You can…

  • EITHER write a few words or sentences against the headings at the bottom of the page. We will write an article based on the comments received and may reproduce the best (if you wish not to be named, then that is ok – just tick the box below).
  • OR write a brief story about YOUR Premier League experience. We are particularly interested in receiving unusual and/or funny stories, with a Stoke City 2008/09 connection of course. Your article should be typically between 100 and 300 words. If you want to write more than that – ok, but please contact us beforehand to check (just in case we have been inundated!). We will publish the best – but we reserve the right to do a little editing. We cannot guarantee publishing every article, but we will try our best!
  • IN ADDITION, if you have any photos that you think may be of interest, then please send them in (hard copy or digital) especially if they are connected to your ‘story’.

IF YOU INTEND TO WRITE YOUR OWN STORY (option 2) please check this box AND PLEASE EMAIL IT TO US AT editor2@scssc.co.uk. Your contributions need to reach us no later than 30 th June.

Alternatively, if you just want to say a few words (option 1), then please do so below.

In responding to these questions, you are encouraged to go beyond what happened ‘on the pitch’. Perhaps your most memorable moment was the look on a work colleague’s face after we had vanquished their team, or a story about particularly memorable trip to a match. Feel free to use you imagination.

Overall, how would you sum up YOUR Premier league experience?

What was your most memorable moment?

What was your ‘lowest’ point?

Were you surprised by anything?

Was there anything that you did not like, or that left you disappointed?

That's all! To submit your entry click on the submit button here ...

After you click submit, you should get an acknowledgment window. If this does not appear or there is a problem, please contact us.

If you have made a mistake and you wish to start again, click here ...

Thank you
